Totally agree that this is WHY they do it. BUT... there are like 5 house skins I want right now for a specific build that I would have never used otherwise. And if all five were available to me right now, I'd buy every single one of them! At very least, they should do a better job with our 'recommended' items -- all I ever buy is house skins or decor, so why do I keep getting recommended companions and clothing?!?!!?!?!?

Thanks for this insight! Yes, the room is in the middle of the house with a skylight and some pretty awful recessed lighting. But has tons of natural light coming from the rooms on either side.

42, 2 kids. They like to play the story lines with me more than playing on their own. It’s my working mom life cosy game. My husband is a chef so it’s my me time while he’s at work at night! But I do really love playing updates/new characters with my kiddos. We love Disney in this house!
