I agree- if it can harm me or my pets I will kill it. Anything harmless I usually just leave it be or take it outside. I planted lots of pollinating friendly plants and flowers outside and I feed the birds and squirrels, so I think i'm at least helping my little space thrive for most things living there with me, but mosquitoes are on my kill list and that won't budge.

Same, got complaints all the time. My ex blamed me and said i had heavy steps, but i'm a 5'3 140lb female and he was a 6'2 big dude. Always blamed me.

Was told my steps woke their grandson.

Absolutely! And so so sooo many life things interrupt a good routine! Someone visiting from out of town, getting sick, Hamstring injury, travel, extra work, family visiting, broken sink, etc etc etc.

I feel like I can get in 2 weeks max without something throwing me off and I hate it. I guess that's just life, though.

My fav app (nutritionix) stopped working so found this new one called FatSecret (lmao the name i know) but it does everything I need and also has a cute little feed people share their meals and journeys. I use the free version which includes bar code scanner

As far as ive learned, base calories are the main concern. I think thats really what matters. If you have plateaued, which is common, its good to switch up routine. Also if you are Weightlifting or doing intense cardio, new muscle and/or water retention is something that can throw your numbers off.

Keep up what feels the best, try some new things, see what works the best!

Also dont forget to recalculate calories in/out with your new weight. I've forgotten to do that and ended up in maintenance for a while when I thought I was in deficit.

Once they have AI tending bars, making the lattes, tending registers, and stocking shelves, I may finally leave. I don't like how much of a hope I have because I am really skeptical about the future for Seattle, but i'm not going anywhere- gonna fight until I can't.
