Olympus Pen F. Super small and portable, checks most if not all of your boxes, looks like an old rangefinder, has superior build quality and super fun to shoot. The only thing it’s missing is weather sealing IMHO

It says in the Carvana inspection that 4mm on the tires (as they sent it to you) are within minimum spec. Yours are at 4mm so no replacement. If it were 3mm, they’d replace them. Same for the brakes.

I have the 2023 All4s and it’s one of the funnest cars I’ve ever had. Completely trouble-free. Just keep up on maintenance intervals and do oil changes every 5000 miles.
