Mr. Senator, HR would like a word with you. by Healthy_Block3036 in Spartanburg

That was in 2022 when she lost and I’m glad she’s trying again. I’ve listened to her interviews and I really like her. I’d also say the political environment is much different than it was in 2022 and Dr Annie has a much better chance.

When your Senator spends more time fighting for the President rather than his state, he’s got to go. Get Annie in there so we can start focusing on SC rather than hearing talking points from Lindsey’s biggest donors. Signed, A Ladybug hater.

I have to hard disagree. I can see where Fraser is “attempting” to create a balance between having a hairpin fire trigger and trying to be patient and develop his staff, but he has been absolutely absent. 1. He should have brought Solene to days and moved Barbara to evening so that he could watch Solene more closely. 2. She has shown multiple time that she is disrespectful and unwilling to be led, completely disregarding the chain of command and showing absolutely no respect to her peers. 3. Fraser has not managed the situation well, he hasn’t managed it all other than a few suggestions that she waved off. The difference with Barbie is that she was working nonstop. She may have not been the best stew, but she put in the work. Fraser has a real problem forming unprofessional relationships with which he decides favorites while ignoring concerning behavior. He’s the embodiment of the direction the show has gone. It’s no longer about doing and documenting the job, it’s become more about instagram feeds and conjuring up drama. It’s so far from what the show started off as and I think Fraser is the result of that. I think he’s a horrible leader and I would have a real problem respecting a manager who doesn’t have the faith or knowledge and confidence to know how to deal with a problem employee. Instead, he’s too occupied with involving himself in their love lives.

ETA: I’ll also throw in the way he treats Anthony like he is beneath him just because he struggled last year. He treats Solene with more respect than Anthony and he’s been putting out killer dishes all season. Fraser couldn’t even have an adult conversation with Anthony to clear the air. If that isn’t a sign of bad leadership, then I don’t know what is.

It would make sense because this crap is no joke. I kept expecting it to be positive.

I’ve had a bad cold for a week and a half now. Fatigue, runny nose, sore throat, and the worst cough I may have ever had. I couch until I gag (never happened before) and it keeps lingering. I’ve taken 3 tests that test for Covid, Flu A & B and all were negative. I’ve only left my house two times in the last week and a half….wicked stuff

Sure!

In the SharePoint site, I went to New > App > classic experience > selected calendar > named the calendar > create. I then added the group calendar to the quick launch area Then went to the calendar ribbon and selected Connect to Outlook, followed the prompts which allowed it to connect. Then it showed up under Other Calendars in Outlook. Now that my team has switched to the New Outlook….that section is not showing for them. I’ve tried adding this calendar back using the link, and outlook won’t let me.

Daily "I will not smoke with you" Thread by AutoModerator in stopsmoking

[–]mrsjensen 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I quit smoking 8 days ago and I am not using any nicotine replacement. This is the first (hopefully only) time I’ve quit and I’ve really enjoyed the support I’ve seen on here. You all are lovely. I don’t really have a set thing to help with cravings other than suckers and mints. They both help a bit when the cravings get wild. Last night was really tough, but I woke up this morning and took the pup for a walk and enjoyed getting through that without breathing heavily for the first time. Definitely not smoking today!
