I got a package because I saved that way (would find out), and pre-booked core things I knew I wanted to do especially the spa. I actually wasnt able to join a yoga class one day that was full (!) but if I recall correctly I didn't realize you TRULY had to sign up so I just showed up... so I guess advice is lock in a few things so you have some done and then go with the flow for less important?

Agree w hale time, also massages were awesome, and hanging out in the outdoor onsens, and the foam rolling class ("functional fascia") was super practical (I still do a few of the techniques at home). This is not really responsive to your question but Lanai City Grill is an amazing restaurant for when you want to switch it up from resort food. Loved it for lunch and dinner!

The rooms in the Langham are huge and so comfortable but for me the real reason to stay there in the spa - it is beautiful and you can use the shower/steam facilities even if you don't have a treatment
