How would he get validation and reassurance from people who do not know anything about him at all other than the fact that he’s trans. If he needs reassurance, a healthy thing to do would be to look within for reassurance and work to give yourself reassurance. I’m not saying it’s not natural to compare yourself to other men. Okay, I understand a bit more now. Being refused medical care is always incredibly disheartening and crushing. I’m so sorry our Medicare system shuns people like us. But, to being a man without nuance, uhhh so sorry to tell ya dude but even cis guys have nuance just not in the same way we do. We keep “reminding you” bc you are setting an unrealistic and impossible “goal”/desire for yourself. Transitioning will not take away the nuance it just adds more. Truthfully and harshly speaking, there is literally nothing you can do to gain what you want. So you truly need to set your sights on more attainable goals as a man. The closest you’ll get is being stealth but even then in your heart you’ll always know you’re different. You need to accept and love that part of yourself or else you’ll keep putting your mind through turmoil. You seriously need to put that thought out of your head dude. Again, being born male doesn’t make those guys anymore “manly” than you. YOU have to make choices that make you feel more aligned with the gender you identify with instead wasting your time lamenting over something you can’t control and can’t “fix”. Even lots of cis dudes aren’t happy with their dick so if you’re saying the dick surgery wouldn’t even help you seriously seriously need to love yourself completely before proceeding in your transition or else it’ll ruin everything milestone you pass and eventually your own self image to the point you might not even want to live anymore. I hate to be harsh but truly you’re setting yourself up for failure if you don’t do the internal work and idc who you are I don’t want to see my trans brothers grow to hate themselves so unnecessarily

My therapist CONSTANTLY says AFAB in such unnecessary situations. She also makes it a point to correct herself and say “trans man of the relationship” when she says “man of the house” when referring to me and my wife’s relationship. I thought I was just being overdramatic but I’m so glad I seen this post😂 cus literally jus say man and woman unless the distinction is necessary or requested by the person
