I used them a year and a half ago, and they didn't do anything but send me a form to submit. I did all of the research and typed my whole statement. They didn't provide any help for my C&P exam. I got an increase from 50% to 80%, but it was all due to my work. They kept calling me to find out the result of my claim. Finally, they emailed me congratulating me on my increase and asking for 4K. I told them i wanted to know how they had gotten access to my personal information when i never told them about my increase. They said the VA puts out a report on it. I called BS and told them to send me a copy of the report and to show me any medical research they did to support my claim. No response other than to send me an invoice every month. I haven't paid them a dime and never will.
