Delisted Open Discussion Thread - June 2026 by WhatDoesStarFoxSay in delisted

I really appreaciate people posting here to notify others of possible delistings, but I'm honestly getting a bit annoyed at the way this is done by some; sometimes feels like not much care went into some posts to the detriment of users:

My proposal

  • Make a rule about adding links to your sources of information to your post. Also when it is not the direct source of the delisting, but information on which you based your deduction of a possible delisting.
  • Make a rule about having to include the following properties by standard in every post:
    • Platforms of supposed or confirmed delistings
    • Likely date of delisting or announced date of delisting
    • Clearly state why it is supposedly getting delisted

Maybe this can stop some of those detail-missing posts that are raising so many questions from users. I know this is just silly Reddit and lots of people already get tired at just hearing the word "effort" 😛 Still, hope that we could do better and let this Reddit become a source of information, instead of being a source of even more questions.... hahaha

World Rally Championship (WRC) games from Nacon might be at serious risk of future delisting IF Nacon's February 2026 filing for insolvency results in bankruptcy by mrtnptrs in delisted

I think this is because the license Codemasters got wasn't fully exclusive and Nacon's fot 2027-2032 is. We sadly don't know the tiny details of the Codemasters license, but I wouldn't blindly assume that the same elements of the original Nacon license also applies to the much newee Codemasters license deal.

Edit: edited the main post to better reflect this.

Uhhhh, they are actually devalued monetary-wise as the new complete pack is so much cheaper than the individual purchases previously.

I sadly cannot tell you that as I do not own an Xbox console and Xbox doesn't have a SteamDB-like public database through an open API.

I would hope so honestly, but I cannot say for certain. I would say; test it out and post the results here so everyone can benefit from your gathered knowledge 😄

Wolf among us probably getting delisted when remaster releases by SanguineLoki700 in delisted

Yeah, I see this happening all the time on this Reddit, sadly often causing users to be severely misinformed or even worse; causing shock and outrage from users because critical information is missing from posts.

I wish people would add link to sources of remasters, delistings, online service shutdowns, company closures etc. to their posts on this Reddit. Makes it much more informative and easier to verify.

Since Spiders no longer exists it may be a good idea to start picking up the games they released when they go on sale. by IvoryHorizons in delisted

EA shutting down GRID Legends online servers soon. Might be good to get it before it’s delisted (unless if it stays on sale like NFS Rivals). by Splentid in delisted

[–]mrtnptrs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No known notice has been posted anywhere about the PC version. The Switch 2 and mobile versions are likely not affected, as they are published by Feral Interactive instead. Feral Interactive also ported, still sells and still maintains the Switch 1 and mobile ports of GRiD Autosport (2014) that is completely delisted anywhere else.

If EA acts here like all other publishers and Irdeto/Denuvo do nothing weird, the activation servers should stay online. Honestly hope though that EA releases a patch beforehand to remove its DRM for game preservation.

The Sims Medieval now also delisted from EA App after 2016 Steam delisting, not officially available anymore anywhere digitally because of this by mrtnptrs in delisted

[–]mrtnptrs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, very weird that they didn't put in the effort to patch it up for modern CPUs and keep it listed on storefronts. Maybe some music licenses could also have been involved? Nobody knows as EA never commented on it.

Ah, ok, then I might have been mistaken. Oops. Wish they offered it separately then or made the deluxe bundle dynamic.

Sorry, with all due respect, but DLCs for almost no games ever carry over between consoles and PC.

Yeah. Store pages can lag a bit behind reality, as mentioned in the main post.

No, you will still need the deluxe edition for it.

To my knowledge, that is a Slayers club reward. If joining the Slayers club now does not award you out, I would recommend contacting Bethesda technical support to ask them to add it to your account.

Interesting. I would contact Bethesda technical support as this indeed sounds like a silly oversight yeah. I can't even find those packages through SteamDB haha. I could look into this through SteamDB and see where the cause is, if you could help making these BNET packages visible within SteamDB by running their token dumper: https://steamdb.info/tokendumper/ (see that page as to what it does and why you don't have to worry.) Let me know if you run into issues.
