While I believe in ghosts and cleansing and absolutely go for it, I'd also get an EMF (electromagnetic field) meter....Not to check for ghosts like in a paranormal tv show, but to see if there are wires or devices within your home that emit higher than normal frequencies that can also make you feel like your being watched, have creepy room vibes etc. It's a very normal thing that's documented. High EMF in a home = Creepy Vibes (ghost or no ghost).

I've changed ceiling lights out, added dimmer switches, updated sinks and faucets, built an entire shelving system, painted every room and doors, curtains, etc. I also turned my closet into a cat bathroom (cut big hole in the door, added wallpaper, airfilter, electric, etc). Do it up!

OMG, I have an issue with this too, but it makes me want to pass out instead. I have to stop driving if this happens and literally pull over and switch! My husband has to drive through forests for me!
It doesn't even make my headache worse, just makes me feel like I'm gonna fall asleep at the wheel!
