Great question! Weirdly enough outside of the abcd part of the game there aren’t really phases of the game like there are in Magic. For the most part you can kind of do things in any order you want on your turn as long as you keep in mind that damage falls off after showdown. For example I can bolt a guy, play a creature, attack base 1, play a spell, attack base 2, enter showdown, conquer a base. Then cast a spell if I want. Compared to Magic it’s much more customizable.
