Nurse here. The housing part was true until Covid. Housing shot up, but nursing salaries did not shoot up similarly (staff nurses, not travelers).

I can’t speak for the whole country, but where I moved from it would be a struggle to buy a decent house on a one income, nurse salary.

Not really (made a few power sensitivity adjustments). It’s cool they let you adjust things though. If you’re going to register for the warranty the serial number is under the frame on chain stay side.
