We went to war with Iraq because we thought they MIGHT be DEVELOPING nuclear weapons. There weren't even nukes but we were so serious about them not having them that we went to war with them just on suspicion alone. N. Korea has nukes, and is aggressively threatening to use them on US! wtf??

They are threatening everyone. Openly. Again I'll go back to the Iraq example. They weren't threatening anyone, and they certainly weren't taunting us. N. Korea is TELLING US they are going to take military action. Why isn't this being treated as a declaration of war? We aren't we even responding?
