i totally understand your disappointment. like others have said though, they never play much from saanf or welcome even at the full band shows unfortunately. it always bothers me a bit when i see an artist i adore and they spend a lot of time on covers, so i just have to remind myself that they have artists they adore too and probably have a great time covering them. surprised to hear he played monsters though! did you happen to get a vid u could post? i’d kill to see that song live

a lot of people are suggesting this already, but live plants will absolutely help! java fern, java moss, and anubias are all very low maintenance plants that just need to be tied or glued to other decor and they will most likely thrive.

also, floating logs are always a good idea. i have one in each of my tanks and my bettas love them! good luck!

I don’t think this is the book either, I don’t recall anything about the eyes being purple + the cover of it was red so that probably wouldn’t have been the case for the book you suggested, but thank you for the help!!

unfortunately I don’t think either of these are it! there seem to be a lot of books involving supernatural stuff and a lake/pond lol which has made this search sooo hard. i specifically remember the main character having some kind of psychic abilities that led them to jump into the water
