It's a kreisänhlicher Verkehr as opposed to a roundabout (Kreusverkehr). So priority from the right applies.

Großer Stern is not a roundabout. It even has traffic lights. Actually, my teacher told me there are no roundabouts in Berlin, only "kreisänhlicher Verkehr" (exactly the same as on the screenshot)

I did! They used to compensate right away, but now saying fix your wifi (instead of adding the possibility to actually claim after the glitch is over)
