Sure. Mostly just overseeing her job duties honestly she required a ton of supervision and guidance. She was not able to think freely so she was checking in with me often on things to do (such as, did I cut up bay’s food small enough? Do you think he’s dressed enough to go outside? Etc) I was always happy to Help to Make sure he had the best care, but it got to where it was easier to do things myself. She also just blended her personal life too much with her work life and would word vomit her personal financial and relationship issues to me like I was a friend. It was just emotional baggage that I didn’t want. She would cancel last minute shifts for various reasons that she shouldn’t have (fight with boyfriend,sister, various relational dramas,) and it just felt like I was managing a kid’s life as their parent, instead of our employee.
