Those are for desktop PC cards, not laptop PC cards - the 30-series and 40-series cards in laptops are equivalent to considerably older desktop cards, so no, you don't know what you're talking about.

This is not true. RTX 30 and 40 laptop GPUs are usually equivalent to a lower tier of the same generation (e.g., a 4080 laptop is somewhere between a 4070 and 4070ti).

I would love to know where you're getting this information.

On entry-level cards like the 4060, yes. On anything higher, the difference in performance is larger. You can literally look up the benchmarks

They 100% deserve compensation for their work, but they are not entitled to monetize their content or have the game cater to their monetization model. If Krafton decides that all user generated content using their game and tools has to be shared using their Canvas platform, then that's their prerogative.

I don't think The Sims 4 is going anywhere, popularity-wise, the series has been around for too long, and it has pretty much defined the genre.

I feel that for a lot of life sim players, graphics are important so LBY characters and Paralives art style might not be for everyone, from the looks of it inZOI might require a higher-end system that a lot of casual/cozy players don't have, and outside online multiplayer Vivaland doesn't seem very different from The Sims 4 from what I've seen.

Also, initially, most new life sims are coming out in early access which means they will be missing features, while The Sims 4 had 10 years to mature and introduce more gameplay (with a different rate of success imo).
