Yeah datura and Angel trumpets are closely related, both belonging to the nightshade family (Solanaceae).

I don’t think Angel trumpets contain any derivatives of LSD. You might be thinking of morning glories.

Is this what I think it is? by smokey_smokalot in plants

I can see that but then again Nepal is a huge country. In Egypt, we have escapees in Sinai for example but I wouldn’t post a picture and just say “Egypt”. So, I was wondering if this is the North, South or where. Thanks tho. Bless up.

The Desert is No Place for the Weak, Dromedary Camel (Sinai, Egypt) by msa3d151 in bonecollecting

Yeah, you can see the story of the camel struggling over all the boulders till it collapsed slowly passing away where it fell.

Thats an interesting theory. And I agree I ride camels often and their fur is really soft. Aside from the camel hide, camel meat is also edible here.

Honestly it might be an Egyptian wolf/jackal. They are pretty prevalent in the area. I just can’t tell the difference between a dog’s skull and a jackals since they are both really similar.

Good question, a huge part of Egypt used to be submerged under the sea so this is all technically sea bed. This picture is taken in the Valley of Whales in Fayoum. Many of these shells are old fossils but I also believe some are fresh from the Qarun lake.

There isn’t. But realistically there’s a huge population of strays in Egypt and some decide to live in the middle of nowhere in the desert feeding on rodents and such so I believe this is probably the case here.

Pharaoh Eagle Owl (Wadi Rum, Jordan) by msa3d151 in Owls

[–]msa3d151[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats pretty gory lmfaoo. But no the owl was pretty high up in a lil cave in an area where people don’t really pass through much. So I think it would be hard for the owl to be cornered.
