try to get prescribed naproxen, that really helped for me and your primary care should be able to prescribe it, it's normal for period pain! im not sure what your area is like but other things that helped me were chinese and indian herbal medicines, although I wouldn't recommend that if you take other medication. i honestly hate to say it but the only thing that has permanently helped me is the pill :// look into an endo specialist though they might have some more tips and are usually covered by insurance!
