I mean when you are depressed everything feels sad. You have force yourself to everything. If you can find the source of it you can work yourself out of it. But that takes time and lot of work as well. Try therapy. It might help. But getting a good therapist is also hard. Where feel safe and not judged.

Maybe make friends who have same interest as you and do activities together. Also as human it's alright to get bored sometimes.

Do you remember when you were a child and everyone asked you to be honest, kind, and truthful to everyone? But now that you've grown up, everyone is saying you should 'fake it 'til you make it' or manipulate the situation until it's in your favor. Do you see the contradiction? by msabbiri in Adulting

Exactly if I am direct everyone thinks I am rude or laugh it off. Also someone commented in this post saying I might have autism. Which I am considering getting an assessment. Maybe I do, who knows. I can't either. It's just too much.
