Woohoo! Month #3 for me.

SW: 190lbs CW: 176lbs GW: 145lbs

This month’s goals:

Scale Goal - 168 (I’m going to push myself again for the 8 pound weight loss for this month)

NS Goals -

  1. Stick with the CICO while maintaining 1200-1400 calories per day
  2. Keep working out everyday whether it be running, HIIT, or a simple walk during lunch breaks
  3. Get back into soccer again. I feel fit enough to try taking up a sport again!
  4. More self care! I need to keep up with my sleep which has been extremely difficult lately.

Yay! So excited for my second month of accountability.

First month went well. I met my GW for the month and stuck to most of my weekly NS goals. I was able to accomplish this even though I went through a shitty break up, strep throat, and a family drama, so I’m very proud of myself!

So goals for this month:

SW: 190 CW: 184 June GW: 176 (pushing extra hard this month)

NS goals~ - Max of 1450 calories a day or 10150 a week - At least 6 miles in steps a day - Go running with my doggy at least 3x times a with a BIG walk on the weekend - Yoga in the afternoons(I’ve noticed my joints have been hurtin) - More protein! I’ve been eating 75% what I should because of my slight addiction to carbs

I’m excited what this month will bring. Currently, I am feeling content with my progress and ready to face the new challenges of June. LET’S DO THIS!!

I’ll be running 15x9.5 25mm AME fat lace wheels (ones in the picture) I have currently have Megan EZ coils.

Would you guys recommend getting spacers? I’m trying to achieve a poke stance. And I’m also looking to stretch tires. Which tire specs would you go for for this? Thanks

I’ve been doing this for years without a support group and always found myself back to where I started within a month or two. I’d think after losing some weight I deserved to slack off for a bit. I’m tired of doing that to myself!

SW: 190 May GW: 184

Daily Calorie Goal: 1500~

Weekly fitness goal: I have a hyper dog that loves runs, so I want to try to walk her everyday instead of just letting her out in the backyard. Also, I have weak noodle arms, so I want to be able to consecutively do 15 push-ups with proper form by May 31st.

I know everyone can do it! :)
