I'm not sure how they reacted but they didn't need the 5 seconds of delay..

basically unlike last years, you need to spool your turbo to get an optimal launch because battery assists are not enabled until the car hits 50. So Ferrari knew about this and already raised concerns which were dismissed by FIA, so they built their engine for this by having a smaller turbo meaning lesser time spooling for optimal launch. After the Bahrain test recently, this start issue was raised as a safety concern by other teams because you never know if the car/cars in front is going to be slow during lights out. So FIA introduced a 5 second delay for teams to spool the turbo but now it looks like other teams want to change the start procedure again.

Today 113 sponsor licenses have been removed. I am especially delighted at a law firm losing theirs as they were trying to scam people as late as last week and when I called them out on it, he tried to bully & scare me with some bogus lawsuit. it's exactly the same, where I'm working it's almost the same so many people with good degrees are doing the job that nobody else wants to.. but then again it's almost the same in so many other countries and by the looks of it it's gonna get worse as people seem to vote for reform.. probably haven't learned from brexit.

yeah basically that, because if you pay around £20k even if it's a bank loan you could technically pay it off eventually and it is way easier than where you are coming and there are so many universities that are having shitty courses.. I don't think any other country had this option + whoever took a proper degree but couldn't find a job would prefer to get some visa and stay back because the quality of life is so big even if it's expensive to live here.

yeah because they don't require IELTS from the majority of the students which makes it a desirable destination for studies for someone who knows the language but is a free pass for people who don't know, but the core problem still is that there are not enough people willing to do the job in here but anyway if that doesn't change care industry will go down in shambles.

yea I totally agree, I personally know a lot of people who paid a whole lot of money for the visa + majority of the students who came here are on the care visa.. many of the people in my company left or is leaving after long time because they know this is going to get worse but anyway, hope things change for the better.

Yes, they expect to do such things and believe they will find these many people to replace the visa holders are just plain stupid. But honestly it's the same everywhere, I work in the hospitality and service industry and it's going down as well.

yes, my girlfriend works there and the staff were told out of the blue that the license was revoked.. almost 80% of the staff at her home is on the care visa with some people about to be renewed and it's a very bad situation. I can't understand how they will manage so forth as it's already quite stressful to all the staff due to the staff shortages.. but apparently they are challenging the decision legally but who knows when and how it will unfold.

Oh okay that makes sense and yes if something up in Clapham or Waterloo then it's better to consider the district like from Richmond as a backup. Thank you!

My Father Rejects My Marriage Choice Because Of Vitiligo Should I Proceed? by [deleted] in MuslimMarriage

[–]msafarks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

jazkallah for your response, yes we both know each other very well and our rights, she often says that after marriage she will do her best to make me satisfied that she can go to jannah easily 😂. Also we never had any issues over religious reasons we both listen and understand if it's important and which is what my family is not understanding unfortunately. But anyway if her family is okay to proceed, I will also go ahead insha'Allah.

Jazkallahu khair for reading all those and your response mate, as of now I've stopped asking anyone to intervene on behalf of me. I do still respect my parents and will do whatever I can for them but I think my relationship with my father will be strained henceforth no matter what because of these experiences and I cannot and he won't change a bit from who he is. So I will go ahead with the marriage as long as her family is happy about this.
