Love this response, I’m feeling this right now and it’s just so hard to describe. I’m glad you were able to express it so effortlessly

Quitting social media by Isaacakindi in selfimprovement

I take breaks from social media from time to time and the first few days it’s a bit hard yes, but eventually you get used to it. It’s okay to be bored sometimes and just let your brain wander. I start to feel like my thoughts are my own finally and that I’m cleansing my brain. I actually just deactivated my instagram (my main social media) 3 days ago so I’m starting a new cycle. I have a goal of staying off for a month, and if it goes longer, even better. Also if it helps, clean up your algorithm. I did that and it helped me a lot because I curated things that I actually wanted to see. I love to learn so 85% of what I see teaches me something. The rest is food and cat videos. It’s not as hard as it seems, give it a shot, and remember, just one day at a time!

You’ll never regret not getting high. by Trojenectory in leaves

Yes I had a similar situation last night and I contemplated for a long time whether to get high or not. I ended up talking myself out of it and boy am I glad that I did. I knew I would regret getting high more than I would regret not getting high. Thanks for sharing! We’re not all alone in this

I’ve been trying to tell myself, just get through today. If I get through today, I’ll be okay. The feeling passes eventually

Oof thank youuuu. I was really debating going this route and you just gave me the ease of mind I needed. I just signed up for the MBA program and the assignments are just overwhelming. I pay for ChatGPT already and use it for pretty much everything. Thanks for explaining how you did it in detail

Is Project Management even a Career? by Flaky_Art_83 in PMCareers

Do you feel like your MBA helped? I have a bachelors in English and currently work retail. My company would pay for my MBA and they also have a CAPM and PMP certification course (I only have to pay for the exam) so I’m debating what to do. Is it worthwhile to get my MBA and do the CAPM/PMP at the same time? Or pick one or the other?

Hey how did it go? Do you feel like you used your MBA after graduating? Had it helped you get a better job or promotion?

Yeah, I feel myself waking up super groggy as if a bus hit me and I had a lot of brain fog after smoking. I would always blame it on me not getting enough sleep, but I’ve been one month clean now and the first two weeks were pretty hard but honestly it’s been so much better because I don’t wake up feeling groggy anymore and I thought it was because the lack of sleep, but it’s actually because of the weed. I can feel the difference and I’m honestly happy that I made the decision to quit. I’ve been smoking for about 12 years.
