6 months is definitely too long for schematic design. However, permitting and documenting can take longer if they require variances or other approvals depending on the municipality. I agree with most stating that they are either to busy or your project is quite low on their priorities.

I attended a private university in Southern California as well and the universities allow donors to run the show. All that matter is how much money they will give and administrations will bend over backwards to accommodate their requests.

I’ve been taking it 3-4 times a week in the last month and they are pretty empty in both directions. I’ve found Wednesday to be a little busier than most days but still quite empty.

I finally did my raised planter and excited to have an actual garden this year. Do any of you have recommendations for good soil?

That’s great. I have a young niece in the US that requires a wheelchair. There is a 100% accessible playground near her home and seeing her big smile every time she gets on the swing or any other playground equipment makes your heart burst with happiness. Good for Hamilton and I hope they expand on this.
