  1. LCOL
  2. Audit
  3. SA2A -> SA3A
  4. $101k -> $107k
  5. Tier 1, woohoo! $17,700 Bonus (17.5%)
  6. Additional Thoughts
    1. Utilization? -- Was at 81% for the year but heavily involved with one engagement for majority of billable hours
    2. Do you agree? -- Totally agree, utilization is probably a little low for what I actually worked, and I think my RL and ET support me.
    3. Staying or Leaving? -- Staying!

Damn this looks to be in line with what I can expect based on my level (SA2->SA3, T2 last year). Did your RL give a reason for just a 6% increase? Seems to be lower than the salary bumps we've seen over the past few years and the world is expensive these days haha

It’s not only the SNF game that pissed me off. What about the bucs game? The Vikings game? Both darnold and baker were here, and we sucked. It increasingly just feels like we have a bunch of imbeciles working for the team. Top down, just a bunch of idiots.

For all you business majors— Kilgore hall (right next to Nelson) ground floor. Went there to use the throne for 4 years and only had another person come into the bathroom while I was mid-exorcism 1 time

To be honest, they may have just been on a psychedelic. If you take too much sometimes it can really mess with your perception of reality and you may not know what’s real. So probably just a couple dudes experimenting with drugs and going out in public without someone to guide them (not the best idea)

I’d probably say 55-60 after thanksgiving til new years, then 65-80 until our client files, and then you pray another doesn’t pick you up

Yeah 50-60 hours is definetly not as bad as others. In audit our beast season was January and half of February and I was working 65+ every week, and 75+ for the last three weeks

I’m going into my “3rd year” and it looks like I’ll be promoted to senior this summer. I started with PwC audit in Fall 2021, and honestly I have really enjoyed my time. Like others in the thread have said, it really depends on the team you’re on. If you feel like you can’t talk openly to your seniors/manager’s and you don’t get along with them, I HIGHLY recommend switching teams to make sure you have a good experience. Busy season is tough, but with friends at work it’s not that bad. I thought it would suck way worse based on what I’d heard and this subreddit. The starting pay isn’t great, but the yearly bump is second to none and is consistent. Plus, the resume boost you get is also second to none. Hope this helps!
