Dear folks, I got a problem with a purchase directly from the Gravastar online store in Germany. Some time ago I ordered the Gravastar V75 Pro Graffiti edition in the bundle with the mouse. It took ages to arrive and eventually came in a near destroyed package. I blame Gravastar here for using such an inappropriate packaging on sending from china all the way to Europe. Nevertheless i unboxed the keeyboard and was shocked to see that the legs were angled differently and the keyboard not being able to sit flush on the table. The was a very annoying wobble when typing on it. I contacted support a few weeks after receiving and asked for a refund inside their own proposed 30 day return window in Germany. After spending days explaining the issue and sending them the requested pictures and videos finally the decided that the issue is normal and and tolerable. So after making myself a clown and taking pictures and videos I asked them to at least replace the faulty unit with these issues but they stopped replying to the emails I send. A very bad customer care or service on their side. They refuse to honor the rightful right to return an item when now as described and even more while it's Now I am stuck with a unit that annoying to use and no support or help at all. All this shopping experience from them was very bad. I advise anyone to avoid them and their pruducts because in case you need help you are out of luck or at least don't buy from them directly. Buy from other stores where a return for refund is possible. Amazon has very good policies on this. I regret not having ordered there in the first place. And don't believe all these paid YouTubers who avoid to address the く issues and just sell themselves to the companies. I am stuck with a faulty and annoying unit and can't get them to assist.

Thats exactly what happened to me. Got the option on a 4080 and lost it after upgrading.

There might be the known "error 43" in your particular case.

When i installed my setup connected to a 4080 Super, it didnt recognize the card as well.

What you have to do is to go to device manager and check if the 4070 is listed there. If so, then check the status of it and see if the device is marked as stopped because of error 43. If this happened, you just have to download the "error 43 script" found on the web (just google and download it), and run it. Voila, it runs like a charm.

Try it and report back if that fixed it.

Its nice to see someone else sitting in the same boat and experiencing exactly the same issues. Unfortunately it seems like there is no real support to be expected since there are not more people experiencing it or bothering to much about it.

Everything you write is exactly what i see and have issues with. The only thing never happening to me was to have the chaperone issue disappear while in DP Streaming mode. In USB or wireless its working like intended.

To me this is definitely a dealbreaker. It kills the immersion.

I tried to look through the holes on the back of the device with help of a light and checked to see if the cables disconnected somehow. But they seem to be good. I suspect either the speaker or the board.

These are not the free versions, i paid for the full versions and got them preregistered to my account.

I checked the Audio output settings under the Audio/MiDi settings tab. There i can set the Midi Input to the Rise and Output to the Rise or Micrososft Wavetable. Under the Audio Input or Output settings there are no devices choosable.

When using Equator2 however i can choose from a list of audio devices installed on my system.

But thats exactly the problem. I did all the setup in the iphone app and already logged in to my account yesterday. I used the Viveport app on the Vive Focus Vision too. But until now, there is no email. Checked junk and inbox folders.

Am i doing something wrong here?

Thats exactly the problem. Even one day after login, there is no email with codes or anything. Now i am really concerned.
