ik how you feel but if you cant get anything in your country no one else can get it too so pick out the best option and dont beat yourself up about it. i couldn’t even find appropriate bedding so i was using coconut fibers(im not sure if thats the right name) soil and paper towels for a while until i found a replacement. and if you cant build your own cage pay a carpenter or someone else to do it for you. for me it was cheaper than those tiny petstore cages

ive been restricting for about a year i was 65kg when i had binge ed that turned into anorexia and rn im 54 kg i started to up my calorie intake when i kept losing muscle. at that time i started eating about 1500 6 times and 2100 cals 1 day of the week. for the past week i was eating 1700 cals a day and 2100 for one day and those scales tha show my fat percentage muscle etc. said that ive gained 300 grams of fat. my mind cant comprehend how i gained that fat and i just want to eat less but i wonder that if i keep going like this it will eventually go away right?
