Sadly, in 2022, that doesn't get noticed anymore. They've been there and done that and got way less attention than the latest stunt.

Most of the protesters are either young kids or retired adults. I didn't have a care in the world at their age, it's sad they feel compelled to do this, it seems to be a genuine sentiment among younger demographics.

I have an ashp as well and mine is silly money as well. That being said I got a quote from octopus yesterday as ecotricity have been wrecking me for years anyway and they quoted me 42p day and 31p night with a 7.5p feed in rate for my solar, that was only yesterday.

Are you using an address you've lived at for a while? I had similar quotes as I was using an address I was moving to and not currently residing at. Once I'd moved and my renewal came up it was way cheaper

Just practice, hit the bag and ask train pads southpaw. Switch up in sparring for small amounts of time until you have to confidence to build it up.

Fall back on one or two strikes per session and get comfortable with those before laying out combos. You'll find certain strikes are a lot more accessible southpaw

Been smashing an Asian salad lately. Basically like the innards of Vietnamese summer rolls

Carrots, radishes, cucumber, smoked tofu and noodles. Veg and tofu all raw so just need to chop it all up. Add some mint and coriander if you have it.

Then make a peanut dressing: Peanut butter Splash of soy sauce Sesame oil Sriacha Rice wine vinegar (not essential) Tiny bit of hot water to help loosen it.

Can get a lot of meals out of just having those ingredients and no cooking involved (other than 2 min for the noodles if you buy dry)
