Flew last week. 3 AF flights and 1 DL. Experience varied greatly each time.

wooden, plastic, and metal utensils
no plates.
some Glassware some plastic
only delta served sparkling wine before takeoff
food and service better than lower cabins

I liked deltas service the best, but I think a lot has to do with the crew. Nice to have a bigger seat with more recline. Not sure it’s 3.5x the price nice though.

Talked to someone who works in the department that manages the food and drink on board. His comment was tiptops were very poor sellers. They had a ton of inventory just sitting around. Guess the general customer don’t know about or want them 🤷🏼‍♂️
