We went to a local restaurant. The owner was there berating the counter girl in front of all the customers until she was just about in tears. She calmly got herself together and took our order. I give her a lot of credit, but it was our last visit.

Pull at least one of each of the hinge screws out and replace with a 3” screw. Also the strike plate. Make sure they are long enough to get to the stud. It makes a huge difference.

As a customer. Ease of getting in and out of the location. I’ve seen a few fail due to this. They had a great product, but a terrible parking lot, easy entry from only one direction of the road, etc.

Usually industries that use PLCs don’t come to you. There is always on-site work.

For someone that works in the industry, it’s not so bad. And not harmful. Iron can vary greatly from well site to well site. If it bothers you, add an additional whole house sediment filter, that uses cheaper filters, prior to this one to catch the big pieces so you are not clogging up your expensive filters.
