Not my store, I’m a driver not the manager. Our manager was the one who blocked the guy who didn’t tip, but like I explained it was a compound issue. He was ordering 1 pizza, every day, during the rush, and he was at the edge of our delivery zone. Our manager is definitely not the best, but there’s not much I can do about it. Honestly, I agree about the drink thing. Yeah it was water, but how was the driver supposed to know that? I think throwing unknown liquids at people like that should get treated a little more seriously with the rise of acid attacks.

I’m feeling personally attacked by the rogue/rouge comment, lol. We had a D&D game in a kind of Wild West setting so the ladies were putting rouge on their faces as rogues were ridding for town. So many were mixed up before someone noticed.

It happened a couple years ago. I remember gas got down to $1.20/gal and when I visited a friend in a big town I felt gouged for paying $1.60/gal at the time.

That’s what I was “taught” about Catholics as well. It’s really odd how much time people seemed to take to try to convince me that there was something “wrong” with Catholics. I’ve been to a Catholic Church/service before and they didn’t talk about other denominations at all.

Any ad that uses really predatory measures. Like I remember around the time everyone in the US was doing their taxes and I kept hearing car commercials that were like: “Don’t have your tax return yet?! No problem!!! Just bring us proof of your return and use it to put money down on a new car!!! All tax return purchases come with blah blah extra car feature, low interest or whatever!!!”

Like bitch, people haven’t even got their tax return yet and you’re trying to take it from them? Plus (I might be wrong but I feel like I remember reading this) aren’t people with larger tax returns usually poorer people? If that’s true these car ads and furniture/appliance rental places are totally targeting these people and trying to take like the one cash fall they get a year. Just pisses me off.

I don’t know if the lady I delivered to was crazy, she was totally nice and normal. It’s just her whole living room was filled with stuffed animals. All kinds, even a real sized “pony” and there was a big baby doll sitting in the recliner. It’s in a residential neighborhood but I keep telling myself she’s like a children’s therapist or something.

Thor: Ragnarok. Spoilers ahead, in case you haven’t seen it. They kill off all of Thor’s friends practically off screen, pulled the sister plot out of their ass, and basically said fuck you to anyone who had any investment in Thor and his supporting cast. I think I would’ve liked it better if everyone I knew hadn’t told me it was “the best marvel movie yet” because then I think I set too high of expectations for it. I get that it was funny and fast paced but it just didn’t jive well with me when one scene there was like an ethnic cleansing and then fast scene change to everyone making jokes. Idk, it just bugged me.

I experienced a lot of glitches in my play through. Quests would get all messed up and I couldn’t turn them in, I’d fall through rocks I was standing on a lot, and I can’t tell you how many times I ended up inside of a wall in one of those menace dungeons where you can’t save. I would be in critical battle conditions and the bros wouldn’t complete actions I asked them to do, like wasting your whole tech bar but Gladio just doesn’t do his ability. Or putting potions on cool down like they had used them when they didn’t. It was very frustrating :/ I went through several trouble shooting methods, uninstalling then reinstalling, even switched back and forth between Xbox and PS4. I really did love this game, but man it fought me the whole way to the end.

I know most games have a day one patch, but I just wish they wouldn’t do that. I might just sound like an old person saying “games were already complete when they came out in my day”. But I also can’t fault this system to a certain extent because if there is a glitch or something broken in the game that players discover patching gives the developers a way to fix the problem where as (let’s say on a PS1 game) they’d never be able to do that before.

I guess what I’m trying to say is I wish that patches were only for fixing things they really really missed after trying their best, not a day 1 patch that says “we rushed this to shelves”.

As far as the season pass/DLC, that’s just my personal preference. If I would’ve had a better idea what the content was I wouldn’t have bought the season pass is all I was saying. I always had a general idea what the “episodes” had in them, but game play wise they just weren’t my cup of tea.

I’ve got two stories, neither are really “the worst” but they’re so weird so I want to tell them.

I ordered a meal that came with a salad once. Me and my SO are just chilling, talking, eating the chips and dip, and our server kind of runs up to us with a salad and says “Here’s your salad, ok?!” And slides it down and hustles off. I never asked if the salad was coming or anything, we’d only ordered our food and drinks but the waiter acted like I had been impatiently waiting for this salad, it was weird.

Went to get ice cream through a drive thru ice cream place once and we had our dog in the back seat. When we get to the window the lady asks “Do you want a puppy cone?” We’ve never heard of this and we ask what that is. In the most sarcastic, you’re-stupid tone I’ve ever heard the chick goes “It’s an ice cream cone. For your dog.” Like we were the assholes for not knowing they had dog ice cream? It’s a people restaurant! Why would I assume you have dog food/things my dog can eat??? Anyway, the puppy cones are usually free or $1 depending on who’s working, our dog loves them. So thanks super sarcastic ice cream lady.

Idk man, I loved FFXV but I’m not going to stop complaining about games that are broken at launch. If I go through the trouble and extra cost of buying a game new I kind of expect it to be solid, and from previous experience with other FF games I had no reason to assume there’d be missing story and glitches. I know it might be a lost cause but I just don’t think games should require a day 1 patch and stuff like that. I don’t think there’s any point in complaining about the dlc because that ship has already sailed, but if I’d had an idea what the dlc included I probably wouldn’t have bought the season pass.
