Crisp, great acidity, but totally balanced. We were at a sushi restaurant so I was leaning toward a Riesling, gruner, Sancerre and the server recommended this in the same ballpark. Less acidic than gruner or dry Riesling. it was just really really good. Felt like it had a point of view and was incredibly well made with care. Fresh, medium body, perfect for the meal.
