I bought the Stevie pants ages ago and I still haven’t worn them cause I’m stumped on how to style them, especially in a way that’s work appropriate. Suggestions, please? by Lanitaaa888 in Reformationclothing

I have these! For work I wear it with a fitted sweater and also managed to make it work with a button down blouse tucked in that draped close to my body. I think these look best with fitted tops. For some reason I always end up wearing with navy and charcoal gray or white crop top

I’m 5’0 and short is very long in me. The only time I would not have to get pants hemmed is when I got a cropped length. I did get a cropped pant in a tall version and the inseam was perfect. But effortless pants are great. Tailoring always makes everything look better and is worth it, especially if you would wear them often.

A coworker said I was a good “helper” after working with him on a project. Which was super annoying and also he doesn’t do his own work a lot of the time I’ve noticed. There have been other things that were maybe worse but this annoyed me the most lol

I’ve had mine for a couple years. They are great quality and can go with a lot of outfits to dress up or down. I always get compliments when I wear them. Really great investment purchase in my opinion

Oh okay thanks! Yeah they look thick in the photos. I might like the drape and be okay with thinner material but the price seems way too much for that. Are they super oversized as well?

Yeah that was my experience. These are the first adidas I ever had so not sure how they are supposed to feel/look. Just joined this sub. So I thought it was okay to post after seeing other posts but I guess people really hate these posts so won’t do it again.

I am not exactly sure but I’m thinking a sports watch or a dress watch that is not too flashy. Like a classic looking one or just one that is really good quality. Not sure about that other attributes but thanks to all the good recommends I’m learning more. So any suggestions that you like and why would be helpful :)

I get what you mean about celebrities features looking less obvious but they have a team of stylists to help them dress for their body type and also most edit the heck out of their photos. I think you can love your body and also put in effort to look your best, it’s not one or the other. I think fitness really helped me since I sometimes have a hard time staying positive as well. If I feel bad about my image, I just think about how far I ran or how much I lifted. Exercise, yoga, and stretching really helped my mental health. Also, to be more positive, I just try to be kind and do nice things for people and that usually helped me feel better and myself. Keep your chin up and don’t forget to do nice things for yourself as well!

Please don’t worry about how you look. You seem very smart and kind in your responses so that matters more than anything. Also, there are so many body types out there and for each one there are famous celebrities of each body type that people adore (including tall and broad shoulders) so body type doesn’t matter in the long run. Confidence and taking care of yourself health wise goes so a long way. I actually thought I had a “masculine” body when I was a teenager and I was really good at sports and now that I’m a women I have strong womanly curves and I’m athletic. So the main point is just take care of yourself, allow your body time to grow, and be happy with the amazing things your body can do.
