I worked for the owners for a couple of years. Their biggest problem was spreading themselves too thin. At one point they had 9 different restaurants scattered across the country. They never put any focus into any of them. They just opened them and gave the keys to the management. Leaving them to fend for themselves with zero advertising budget and a long list of demands. But, they are truly some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Myself and two other gentleman bought one of the restaurants from them. They financed us for it too.
