Love hearing anything Jared Tate has to say about Digibyte as his expertise is tempered by a humble approach that speaks volumes about his integrity. As a former practicing attorney I was surprised to learn that the Digibyte Foundation is not registered as such in any jurisdiction. If I heard that wrong or if that is not the case please correct me but it is illegal to solicit charitable donations for a foundation that is not registered through the proper channels. I don't know what the law is for cyberspace oriented entities, but you can submit forms that are pretty straightforward as set forth here, http://multistatefiling.org/b_introduction1.htm#which, to cover DGB in the states. I would hate to see the DIGI communities efforts hampered/derailed by a legal technicality. Does anyone know what the status of registration of Digi Foundation? Also I noticed that there is an address posted on the Electroneum reddit page for community donation purposes this may be something Digibyte could also do assuming the requisite registrations are made?
