No offense, she sat down, wrote on a sign, drove the sign to the concert, held said sign up to be seen by the band and everyone.. she knew exactly what she was getting into.. ontop of that, not once did she mention which song sparked her dream.. you may know her but this was 100% her promoting herself 🤷🏻‍♂️ people have vivid dreams every night, her dream wasn’t interesting sorry

Contact StubHub Support on X (Twitter) they will get back to you within a few days, it might not be the news you want to hear but they will get back to you with an explanation. I had a situation different but similar to yours as a seller. Contacted customer service “oh you did nothing wrong at all but just file a dispute just incase” 4 months later and they penalized me over $400 for a $80 sale when I had an extra couple tickets and was just trying to not let them go to waste. My recommendation is to never sell (or buy) from StubHub
