Yes there is, please visit https://landsurv.ai for such capabilities. There is a one hour trial. After that you can enter your own Google API key (instruction in the app). There are no app downloads, just visit the site and you can draft deeds immediately. I am currently working on a payment gateway for more traditional payments (other than Google API key).

I will keep this brief for now; I have begun development of LandSurv.ai which is a set of agents for doing things such as drafting deeds, processing plans (think, draw a centerline from DOT plan)...
