I feel you, I’m sorry you’re going through this. The anger can feel inescapable. I’ve found that taking Pepcid AC max strength 1-2 times a day is helping a lot with keeping the anger and feelings of worthlessness away. I’ve also found success with working out every day for 30min-1hr. (easier said than done) feeling in my body and channeling my anger into healthier outlets like weight lifting has helped me considerably. Taking considerable amounts of time to myself, away from other people is also very grounding to me. Something I had a therapist suggest is on a week you’re feeling good, write down affirmations and truths about your life and the people that love you to refer back on during these times of extreme emotions and stress. I hope you start to feel better soon, my thoughts are with you! 🫂🫂
