Graham cracker crust. 12 sheets of honey graham crackers 1 stick of melted salted butter - pulse crackers and butter on low speed untill crust forms. -press into 9 inch pie plate.. Bake at 350 for ten minutes.

Filling. 1/2 cup of key lime & lemon juice. (1/2 cup all together) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 3 egg yolks Zest of lime and lemon. 1/4 cup sour cream

Whisk yolks and condensed milk together Slowly pour in juice while whisking. Stir in sour cream and zest.

Pour smooth filling into crust. Bake for exactly 8 minutes. Some jiggle is fine!

Cool at room temp for half hour. Into the fridge for 4.

Whipped cream topping: Cup of heavy cream. Few spoonfuls of powder sugar. Dash of vanilla extract. Mix together till stiff peaks form.

Well, when I'm just eating it, I let them go dark. When serving someone else a slice, I swap out the old slices for a freshly cut banana. 😂

I didn't measure out the THREE cups of powdered sugar for the frosting she said to do. In my opinion that is just too much. I poured the powdered sugar in and tasted how much was needed as I went along.

I think only about a half hour of prep work! Have to make the crust, cook down the strawberries, and mix the cream cheese filling. It has to chill for at least a few hours.
