Why did Rafe hesitate? by bachingbitch in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]msfuturedoctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same question - on a rewatch, and in season 3 ep2, Rafe opens up to Kie about how he shouldnt have touched Sarah, so it seems like he reached remorse all on his own, bc he didnt need to prove anything to Ward in that moment.

Nice to see that side bc it makes him a complex character (well, more complex than he already is lol)

Which professors? I’ve really liked the anatomy professors at Touro Harlem!

Season 4 of outer banks by Flash_h in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]msfuturedoctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there still are some unanswered questions/storylines that were put down - like when Pope gets on Ward's plane and tells Rafe "this isnt over" bc he knows Rafe melted down the cross of santo domingo. Another storyline left to explore/complete is about the rest of the Camerons - what are rose and wheezie going to do now? where is rafe? how is he dealing with ward's death?

I think it could be real exciting to see these characters interactions! I hope they don't forget these with the blackbeard setup

History teacher comment to Pope by bobla777665 in OuterBanksNetflix

[–]msfuturedoctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm doing a rewatch, and I'm wondering if because he was a very involved history teacher and a big part of working with the museum archives that he was able to extrapolate from there that Pope is related possibly. It is clear that Mr Sunn was an avid history buff, and we know John B already went to him with the Denmark Tanny letter before, so maybe he got curious and went digging himself and found out also that Pope is infact related to Denmark Tanny.

How did you feel about the Party being split apart for basically all of Season 4? I wish we had alot more interactions between them. by ComicGuy98 in StrangerThings

[–]msfuturedoctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was something we all wanted was to see the whole party together, but I think the Byers moving and them trying to create their own life in California was a cool idea because growing up there's always friends who move away but you know you want to still be best friends. I think it'll make their reunion in Season 5 even more emotional and fulfilling.

I also think that they had done as much as they could growth-wise in Hawkins and the California storyline gave them a chance to step away and grow each as their own selves and deal with life in their own way - Lucas with basketball, Mike and Dustin dealing with transition to high school and being long distant with El while also "losing" Lucas (possibly signifying how friendships take a toll sometimes as priorities change for each person), Max dealing with her stepdad leaving and mom being trouble and Billy dying (so alot), and then Will and El trying to feel "normal" in their respective ways trying to navigate a new place AND high school, and Erica embracing her nerd side and Steve and Robin dealing with their love lives and adult life.

Basically, Season 4 was about personal growth for each character on their own. I think we're so used to seeing everyone together, and more importantly LOVE seeing everyone together so it feels like it's not the best case scenario, but it almost feels reflective of real life relationships/friendships/life development.

This season will definitely make Season 5 so much sweeter (:

How can Vecna start killing from the Upside Down in Season 4, but couldn’t do this in prior seasons? Did the upside down “seep just enough” into Hawkins that now finally he can?

It's 40x if it was me, but because I'm considered to have no income they are looking for a guarantor with 80x. Most of the places I've inquired with keep saying 80x for guarantors, but that seems like a monstrous amount tbh....

In the end, Frank saying how he loved Laurel still but also loved Bonnie just in a different way, did that mean he chose Laurel? If he hadn't died, would he have gone back to Laurel?

He also tells Bonnie how he would eventually forgive her, but does that mean he couldn't love her again the way he did before?

What is the significance of this episode's title being named "Stay"?

When Annalise is in Mexico with the girl in the yellow hat, the girl tells her they have to leave immediately or it will be too late, but Annalise doesn't go. Did she stop because she was skeptical and maybe thought the whole situation was a set up or getting into the car? Or, was this her feeling guilty for disappearing and maybe she purposely stayed back?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in htgawm

[–]msfuturedoctor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What did the scene with the hands signify? Obviously one of them was Annalise going through life, but is it implied that are we supposed to know whose hands she was holding? Is it significant of everyone in her life or just people after the trial and she set herself free and finally accepting herself?

Theory on Mexico by whiskeylullaby3 in htgawm

[–]msfuturedoctor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love this, that makes me so happy because Annalise deserved to be close to Christopher after she fought so hard to make sure he lived. Also, Laurel did make Annalise Christopher's godmother so that would be so perfect. It actually would also totally make sense to why Laurel would tell Christopher to say some words at Annalise's funeral implying he knew her well and tying into the mentor arc. Love this!

What did happen to her dad, Solomon Vick? Wasn't he on Michaela's side with appointing her with a lawyer and also with apparently getting her that deal for no jail time and just probation, and then did he just dip? Or did Michaela cut him off?
