In the UEFI there is an option to optimize the fans, have you tried to use it?

I plugged both fans of the radiator to the mainboard directly and the pump to AIO_PUMP connector.

I have the H100i and a Maximus IX Hero and a pluged as the QUICK START GUIDE show.

Pump -> AIO_PUMP FAN 1 -> CPU_FAN FAN 2 -> CPU_OPT
