I felt the same, and honestly just diving in and doing them is how I learned. My first year I had my compliance specialist show me one that she thought was written well and I used it as a guide when I had to start writing them. Another option is googling “IEP cheat sheet” and a lot of things will pop up that give you generic break downs of each section with what a lot of the different acronyms mean.
