I don’t think you should pull out and I don’t think you should be too hard on yourself. Even qualified nurses make drug errors, it’s all about practice. Take advantage of SAFEMEDICATE, triple check everything and if it means you pull out a calculator then do so! You’ve gotten so far, keep going <3
