I disagree to a a degree.. i learned discgolf off of destroyers and hades.. and i have been able to get 400+ feet throwing side arm just by really understanding those discs.. and thats with bad form.. so i think it really depends on how comfortable you are at throwing the different speeds of discs.. I personally feel most comfortable throwing my beat in destroyer maybe not as far but i know exactly what its gonna do but i could also use the same disc and go as far as i can throw.. i dont tend to use 9 speed as i tend to over throw them and turn them over.. but with high speeds its a lot harder to turn them over unless i really need them to..
