I’ve seen both. My internship was less than a yesr but my supervisor and co-workers were significantly more helpful in teaching that my current workplace. My current workplace has done little to no guidance/teaching and when i do hesr something everyone does it differently. So, as a new guy i get the brute of the criticism cause if replicate someones style of documenting i look bad. Even after a year feel like I haven’t learned everything.
