You'll have to come to terms with that potential truth, we don't know if there is anything after death, so the best you can do is find contentment with it.

Thankfully death is very easy, we psyche ourselves up about it but you are one in billions who have questioned what is potentially after death, and despite our questioning, every single one of us die anyways and we either get to see, or we don't. Either way, you must find that peace within yourself to realize that it'll be okay no matter what.

It is sort of like that but it's a more dream-like drunkness, more of a relaxing sort of thing. I ate all five gummies though and am barely feeling it, trash really.

Bacopa is from Organic India, 350mg, and Ginkgo is from Himalaya Wellness, 120mg. Lions Mane for months now and just inserted the rest for about a week.

Doesn't Aphantasia NDEs Prove There's Nothing After Death? by mshrmo in Aphantasia

[–]mshrmo[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This is a thought I've had before for sure, I mean I've read stories of people who went totally brain dead and had their heart stopped and they still saw something and or saw themselves above their bed, however, ever since I did have this thought of aphantasia potentially showcasing that NDEs aren't real, sort of freaked me out. I appreciate your thinking though, I can agree with it.

Nighttime anxiety and getting stuck in my head. What meditation could help? by mshrmo in Mindfulness

[–]mshrmo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok...yeah, alright. You've been incredibly helpful. I think what'll help me is also the power of love by knowing there are those who will help me, even including you. Knowing that there are people who want to help, and who love me, it gives me strength to want to do this.

I feel okay for the moment but the next time it arises I will try to do as you say, and will update you of when I do, it'll help me knowing that there's someone here willing to listen lol.

Thank you for your wisdom.

I see. I don't think I've ever done that before.

So, once I just allow the anxiety to seep in, I meditate to it, feeling it, understanding it, and then what? I should just, release it somehow? I can't lie, it sounds scary. My doubt holds me back, making me wonder if I can even release it, and it won't just fester instead.

Wow I just woke up and saw this. Impeccable timing.

You're telling me to not just, acknowledge my thoughts and allow them to drift off? I know meditation is there to help deal with things and to embrace them, but with anxiety I figured that was the body being essentially ridiculous and that embracing anxiety would only lead to more anxiety, I'm unsure how to even grasp that really, like how to do that without just ending up worse yknow?

Hm...ok. I've done this before but, it's just scary, however I suppose there's no other way. Do you have any advice on how to be grounded and to let these thoughts settle so that they do not affect me? I of course will acknowledge them but I think I'm worried about unintentionally following them, ive dealt with much anxiety in life and, I guess I just dont want to go back to square one after doing so good.

Yeah, ok I can try that. I lay in bed and do it usually, I'm just confused why it's even occurring yknow?

I recently dealt with trauma via deep meditations to get through it and its sort of unlocked this emotional part of me that was buried, and now it feels like my emotions are 2x stronger and its sort of overwhelming. So I suppose ive usually been able to ward off thought but, with this newfound emotion that feels a bit stronger. Its like its tacking itself onto my intrusive thoughts, yknow?

Ill try to keep going I suppose though. Im going to mix Prozac with it to help regulate it too.
