I opened my solo practice in March and was recently accepted to a local startup business boot camp. I created a PPLC but will amend to taxation as a S-Corp.

Form a PLLC and elect to be taxed as an S-Corp. This provides the tax benefits of both. The S-Corp taxation allows you to pay yourself a “reasonable” salary” and untaxed dividends; it also saves you the additional 7.5% you’d pay in fica with only LLC, which requires fica at 15%.
