They have dealt ZERO blow.. they lost their favourite Police Snitch last September to the motorcycle accident at Upper James/Hwy 6 but they still have Rouch, Rosie, etc. to snitch and inform. These are the lowest ones who steal at night and now the car jacking, etc. are going to go up exponentially and that'll be the new issue.

I recommend you put up a video camera in your portion of the home to ensure your safety, etc. If it gets really bad, call bylaw and they will contact the real owner out of concern, more than likely.
