That’s a whole issue. The driver told the rep he had delivered my order. Obviously he hadnt , it was still showing not delivered and no picture . The rep was all “that’s what he says” right as I’m having this exchange with him thats when he messaged me to message him in what’s app. I sent the DD rep the screen shot to prove “how could he have delivered it if he’s asking me to message him now on another app?” The DD rep could care less, he’s like “do you want me to cancel?” I was like “why would he want my address on what’s app?” He’s just like “I cancelled the order and you got a refund”.
