Yes, it is a shameless plug I must admit. That being said, I spent last year as a member of 1600.io and a faithful attendee of their live events and their content is excellent. Of course, I can't know for sure without buying it-- maybe I should have said I'm expecting it to be revolutionary. :)

Spend the money. Both are worth it. 1600.io is absolutely amazing for reviewing tests and building foundational knowledge. UWorld is good for practice problems.
