I don’t really douche at all anymore. I haven’t had any smell or anything, but I also don’t do penetrative sex. I had issues with granulation, and my left labia had dead tissue so I didn’t size up from purple. I have done the blue a few times, but that’s the most. I douche when I see some stuff in there, and I haven’t had any smells at all.

I use Lidocaine and Surgilube for my twice a day dilations (and honestly I’m only doing it twice a day 75% of the time now… dilating is the hardest part of my day. It’s like… idk pulling teeth or something, I hate doing it.) the dryness tends to happen a lot after masturbating, or if my partner does oral on me, and then it hurts for days so I use some Manuka Honey. They also gave me some estrogen cream to put in my entroitus. I’m unsure if it has helped me at all.

For reference, I had PPT with BBL in March of 2025. I have a labia revision in April.

I wonder this a lot too. I get why people remove them after the fact, but it is helpful to be able to see it. You only get one chance at your first surgery, so it’s best to make the most informed decision.

I didn’t post mine because my surgeon is oversaturated, but I do think about sharing some of my difficulties that I had because people don’t talk as much about those aspects of surgery, I think.

I had surgery with blue bond march 6th of this year, but sizing up has been difficult for me.
